Richard W Pendleton
Richard has specialized in managing and orchestrating the rapid growth of
healthcare financial services and IT companies through mergers and
acquisitions. Expert in the legal, financial and operational details of
mergers, acquisitions and integration – and in SEC filing requirements and
procedures.
He has spent the last twelve years working in medical billing and physician
software industry consolidation ventures – merging together a total of 32
companies into three different ventures – one of which reached a
successful IPO with a market cap of $100 million in 2000.
Prior to that, he spent twelve years running small healthcare software
ventures, and, earlier, seven years in university medical center
administration, managing medical school faculty group practice
organizations.
His MBA is from the University of Chicago in 1973.
